再オープンと同時に新しく有機スペルト小麦パンも販売することになりました！スペルト小麦は別名「古代小麦」または、「小麦の祖父」とも言われています。繊維、マンガンが豊富に含まれており、グルテンアレルギーがある方でも消化しやすくアレルギー反応は稀だそうです。お楽しみに！
We have now added a new bread line made with organic Spelt flour.
Spelt is an ancient grain which has been referred to as “The Grandfather Of Wheat”.
